Pinchpoint.club (“we,” “us,” or “our”) operates a hunt club management platform. This policy describes how we collect, use, and protect personal information of club administrators and members.

Information we collect

• Account information (email address, name) via Clerk authentication
• Club configuration data you enter (club name, season dates, settings)
• Member roster data (display name, phone number) entered by club administrators
• Reservation and activity data (stand bookings, bunkhouse bookings, check-in records)
• Device and usage data (IP address, user agent) collected at account creation for compliance

How we use your information

• To provide and operate the Pinchpoint.club service
• To send SMS notifications (with your consent) regarding reservations and safety
• To comply with applicable laws including CCPA

SMS notifications

Club administrators may add a member’s phone number to send SMS notifications about reservations, check-ins, and account or billing updates. Administrators must obtain the member’s consent before adding their number. Message and data rates may apply. We do not sell or share mobile phone numbers with third parties. Members may opt out at any time by replying STOP to any message, which is honored immediately.

Data retention

Reservation and activity records are retained for seven years after soft-deletion, then permanently deleted. If a club is deleted, member personal information is pseudonymized immediately; roster rows are retained for foreign-key integrity. Audit trail records (club_events) are retained for as long as a club remains active, and for seven years after a club is deleted, after which they are permanently deleted.

Your rights (CCPA)

California residents may request a copy of personal data we hold. Use the data access request form. We respond within 30 days.
