Service description

Pinchpoint.club provides hunt club management software including member roster management, stand reservations, bunkhouse bookings, and club communications. The service is provided on a subscription basis.

Account responsibilities

• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials
• Club administrators are responsible for the accuracy of member data they enter
• You must obtain appropriate consent before entering member phone numbers for SMS notifications

Acceptable use

You may not use Pinchpoint.club in violation of applicable law, to harass others, or to attempt unauthorized access to systems.

Subscription and billing

Subscriptions are billed monthly. You may cancel at any time. Upon cancellation, access continues until the end of the billing period. New accounts include a 30-day free trial.

Data and privacy

Our collection and use of personal data is described in our Privacy Policy.

Limitation of liability

Pinchpoint.club is provided “as is.” We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the service.
